Very nice work on the tractor. I would classify this as a resto-mod. The automotive level paint, sanding & filling of castings, dual seats trigger that response. A labor of love, it now looks far beyond what it would have come from the factory.
Not sure who funded the project, but that can make a difference on the value to each party involved. Not sure if dad's cheap, or is in need of money & needs to sell, of if you're looking to establish value to the family, but that's besides the point.
Nicely restored (not to your level) BN's in our area of Michigan bring $1500-3000. Yours could be worth more to someone with deeper pockets and likes shiny things, but that is a smaller crowd to seek out to. These smaller run-of-the-mill tractors don't command high prices these days, but you never know.
Not sure if this was a recent aquisiton of your dad's, or something he had for years & years. If the later, selling those tractors can lead to regrets later on in life.
