Tom, you need to contact the Securities Exchange Commission ..this may require a lawyer.. I would hope that the government could be able to cut off their subsidies if they do not follow the contracts they have with property owners. What they did to you is obviously not right and I would certainly think they have violated some Federal laws. If you have neighbors that have units on there land you need to find out if they have been treated the same way; if so you need to persue legal action as a group.
