Hmm. During my 39 year career in aerospace and IT, I had to take a number of trips to various places around the globe to some very nice and some not-so-nice places. The longest was a 7 month stint in Egypt. There were a few multi-week trips to US Navy vessels in the Med and in the Persian Gulf. Almost went to Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield. Never balked at any of them. But then maybe Webb City is much worse than going someplace where they're lobbing live ammo around.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
