I occasionally get sent on an overnight trip still, maybe twice a year. But I like that as I miss the road some still. But I wouldn't have a problem telling my boss no either. Over night trips are not for everyone. And my boss appreciates that too as they always ask if I will, never tell me I have to. That's one of the reasons I work there still. Don't let those that say do your job or be fired worry you, it's your life you make the rules not your work. Good Jobs are easier to get than good employees.
