I guess it is- never heard of that one. Just another way for folks to claim ignorance when caught. It probably works best if you use it to spray 2 foot-tall letters on a white board that say NO HUNTING or TRESPASSING!
A better way would be like they NOW handle ATV riders: They would always tear down signs that said NO ATVs and then tear up the trails. When caught on restricted use land they would feign suprise because there were no signs saying they were banned. The state changed it so now the signs say ATVs ALLOWED, and if there isnt a sign, they arent allowed on that trail or land. Sure cured the mystery of all those signs going missing! Hunters (or trespassers) should get the same treatment. If you want them on your property, you should put up signs welcoming them. No signs, no use.
