Made a quick circle with the drone over the dry stubble fields around my yard on the evening of May 1. Been a long time since I've seen that low amount of water in the sloughs here. Its shaping up to be another 1988 although not as hot so far. In fact its in the 30s so far today and we could break a record low tonight. Not real inspiring seeding conditions.
