Okay, there you go photos that actually tell me something. I myself do not see enough difference there to indicate a problem. It looks to me like the right fender is sprung slightly making it look different. See my other post ..mouse nest.. theory. Pull brake apart, if that is not your problem then checking the difference in the axle lean that is that subtle, would require the 2x4 and level method suggested in my other reply. You want the 2x4 straight up and down per the level so you can actually measure the difference to compare side to side.
