Someone made a mess of the D-206 along the way. I would doubt if a dealer would do that but then nothing is impossible. My brother's 3230 has been good so far, it is a good starter down to -20C without ether or block heater but he usually plugs the recirculating block heater in for 30 minutes or so if it is really cold. Hope you get it fixed and running as it should.
