Spent a long weekend at sons home in Magnolia TX. Driving home today to Lumberton was a religious experience Drove most of the way between 40-60 mph. Hydro planed at least 4 times. My rain gauge showed 5 inches but was overflowing. Weatherman said we got 12. The news showed cars and trucks floating on Lake Charles La streets. They can't catch a break it seems. Wednesday is supposed to be way worse than today in terms of total rainfall. We have to drive to Houston on Wednesday and Friday. Yeahhhh Wingnut
