If no one comes up with a part number; I expect drying it out the best you can and taking to a parts store to see if they will match it up in a catalog, is about the only option. Replacing the entire cannister assembly with a current one would be another option. If you decide to replace it you will need to determine the type and flow rate.
As far as posting pictures usually it takes more than 5 posts on record before a new user can add pictures. You can go to the test forum and make several posts trying to add pictures in them to get your count up or go to Site Comments and ask YT Support to set it so you can add pictures. Size limit is 7mb per picture or the total of all pictures in a post.
