Chances are there are numbers and maker on the bearings. Clean the up and look. Then check Ebay first. I found similar bearings for my IHC 130 spreader from a bearing house for something like $75.00 each. I got 3 new/old stock off Ebay for about $18.00!
As far as the caps, that's harder. Honestly, cut and fit a tin can over it with a hose clamp to secure it if you can't find one.
