OK I have to brag a little about dogs and skunk trouble. just to my east is a creek or draw (when it's dry) that USED to be a hangout for skunks. You could smell them when the air was just right, see them after dusk snooting around minding their business and no problems,, until Blondie. I have always had cur dogs around, many are buried on my place, Blondie came to her new home around 2013 from the shelter.
Within a few months she tangled with a skunk and that night I learned about the peroxide solution, and it would seem Blondie learned also. Since then there has been a reckoning with the skunk population and Blondie. She learned how to kill them without getting sprayed, I would hear the commotion in the dark and in the morning I would haul off the dead skunk. There are no more skunks around here these days. She is a dedicated hunter to this day.

There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
