So explain what you are saying. The owner keeps bidding to raise the price? That is fine but there still has to be another party that thought they were worth it! Or maybe you mean the buyer gets it back, showing like it was worth that much. Then they post it again next week and the bidder that wanted it this week pays $3500 for it and thinks he got a deal. In the end the first go around was just to inflate the value? If that is the case, they get charged two auction fees no matter. Whatever you are implying still make no sense to me.
