On the other hand, I drove past a trailer with a for sale sign for a week. No other info on the sign. Drove by and owner was mowing lawn around the trailer. I stopped and pointed to the trailer.
Had a 30 minute conversation, I think I got 3 words in....
Finally said I gotta go, what about the trailer?
Well, he wasnt sure he was really selling it, he had to talk to his son about it, didnt have a price in mind yet, ......

Well that was a waste. Drove past the trailer with the sign for another 2 weeks.
Ive run into some odd attitudes and confusion by a lot of social media sellers as well, this is only one example.
Kind of went back to just buying from auctions, bid my price and be done with it, not waste time with stupid people.
Because there are as many stupid sellers as there are stupid buyers......
