I know its not tractor related and probably some are tired of seeing this old Mercury again and again. But last weekend's outing was one off my bucket list when I drove the 52 Merc to the Cupar car show. I was not sure I'd try a trip that far in the old car but my nephew came along and drove the Chevy II as a support vehicle. No worries as the old flathead ran cool and comfortable right up to highway speeds in a rare run on pavement. Pretty good turnout of well over 50 cars for a small town. I managed to get a few photos and some video in spite of too much visiting and talking. We stopped for a photo shoot beside one of the last local wooden elevators.
