Update on the a post I made back in March on a T6030 NH CCLS hyd. system that the pump would go on demand even with the signal pressure line disconnected, after rebuilding the remote valves and pump which when opened up looked new on the inside. After rebuilding it was stand tested and it malfunctioned twice on the stand, another the compensating valve was installed it worked until it was back on the tractor , replacing the compensator valve again and barrage of system tests it still had the same problem with no answers except everything was to factory spec. We knew a couple of things to do to get it to release, so we went ahead and used it until I could get time to replace the pump as suggested by another poster, everyone else including myself and the factory trouble shooter could understand how this pump was doing what it was doing. I installed a new one Friday PROBLEM SOLVED !! I would still like to know what was wrong with the original?
