Rickinohio, 1st you are correct, you have pictured hemp dogbane. I;m pretty close to you geographically and yes I do seem to see more of it than in past years. I would add this nugget of info-----looking at your picture with the dogbane and all the alsike white clover, you may do well to get a soil test and work on your fertility, getting the proper hayfield grasses growing will help to crowd out the dogbane and the clover.
