I have a Farmall H (Around 1953). I have converted it to a wide front, using a junked wide front which I believe is a factory model. The steering linkage bars are too far out in front of the tractor and interfere with the loader. Is it possible to set it up with the linkage in BACK of the front axle? I've seen a picture of one of these that LOOKS like this, but I haven't been able to actually see one. Alternatively, could I hitch up some sort of a hydraulic cylinder and steering valve? Has anyone done this? Also, while I have your attention, is there some commercially available kit to add a hydraulic pump to the engine (a belt drive or something) to get live hydraulics? Thanks!
