GP I have struggled with that for years. As someone pointed out just a lot of variables and yes trade in is one of them. When a tractor was ordered or under what program it was ordered under as well as what retail program is affect at that time affects the selling price. As a dealer if you put list price on something sitting out there you will send the customer somewhere else. Nobody gets list. At one point I put like a computer in a window like a atm machine and used the program and let the customer price the units. Again just too much confusion. Right now just finding a tractor is a chore, KUBOTAs USA inventory is basically depleted. Ideal is they want a dealer to have 9 month + on the lot . Right now we have units that have been on order for over 15 months and they are saying will be atleast the end of the year before any real relief.
