Got it running. Sounds good, healthy, strong. But, it won't start on it's own - even with throttle wide open - tries, but just won't go. A short shot of ether is needed. Brother believes the pump isn't guite timed right. He's checking the timing now. Told me to stay out of the way (I can do that)..
Sitting so long things don't want to work. So we're fixing one thing at a time. Found the water pump shot. Powering steering isn't working. 3 point hitch works. Tried the gears and brakes, all good. Steering not working I could check forward gears and reverse...
My brother is something else. Retired he's always looking for something to do.
