IH did make a fully mouinted nower that fit your tractor but they were very rare and probley all now in the scrap yard. So next would be a semi mount mower that bolts to the tractor drawbar and has either 1 (JD No 5 or No 8) caster wheel or IHC single wheel caster wheel mower No 25 oe no 27. Then COOP, Cockshut, Oliver, Massey made a 2 caster wheel mower that would work. This is as far as hooking mower up to tractor but not the PTO shaft as you would probably have to have a costom made extra long shaft with a 1 1/8 soupler on shaft as later standard in 1 3/8 coupler. The PTO on a regular and even an F20 is under the differential ubless you have the very rare factory conversion to use a standard length and diameter PTO shaft. You would also need that PTO conversion to use any trail type PTO powered mower. Lot cheaper to get a different tractor than to get a PTO shaft to use any of the semi-mount mowers that to get a PTO shaft made that will work.
