It is mess....The owner told us he drove it home this way. Brother says there is no way he drove this tractor.
Okay, runs, sounds great, strong, smooth as silk, throttle up and throttle back down with no issues. We drained the old fuel out and put in new. Still won't start on it's own. Short of ether and it starts.
