The real question is, What is it worth to you? You can buy it for $1200. Take the 3pt off of it and switch the wheels and tire from it to your tractor. Then get it running and sell it for $700 and and you will have only paid $500 for good tires and a 3pt. That is a good deal in my book. The guys that are giving you low ball offers are not interested in it, but you are. If you need the 3pt, but pass on this because you were afraid some one might be critical of the price you paid, the end result is that you still don't have the equipment that you wanted.
