Lots of questions need to be asked here. Do you have a service manual and use it when you put it together? They are pretty simple and easy to do, but can easily be done wrong. Did you pre set the clutch before installation? Did you set it by the book after? Are you sure the discs are in in the right order and there are the correct number? Did you replace all three parts, disc, spring, and plate? Did you check and replace the brake if worn?
