That is what i am saying. I have tried several times to reach them by phone. They never answer just, let it go to voice mail and have never returned my calls. I have sent email after email that are verified sent but, i have yet to get a return email. I have gone back to the person who sold me the carport and took my deposit and gave the invoice several times also. I was told by this person that Carolina Carports still want my money and will call when they are ready to install. I have been extremely courteous so far but, i need my carport. As i said the person that took my deposit refuses to return it. I have a contract but, it seems its not worth the paper it was printed on. I would go with another company but, i hate to lose my deposit money. I have researched complaints against the company and many have been filed. It unclear how many have been resolved. I was just trying to determine if anyone here had trouble with this outfit like i have.
