I've been to burns and never will forget it. Was the first and only ticket I ever got in OR. Was for not having that stupid trip permit that you need for there. Got to the Vail scale and didn't know that not all scales were not ports of entry. Expensive lesson. Burns is just a wide spot in the road sort of. As for the Oliver there are a couple junkyards over by Ontario OR you could probably get a used pump off of for that money and have a spare. There is also a guy in ID Have to look up his number. Might have one. Probably if there is a shoot over that way would bring it with him and could meet or pickup from along the way.
