With that distrubator you must have a very late 45 that carried the HC180 engine. The earlier combines used a 145 or 165 engine that the 145 was same engine as in the 2010 tractor, the 165 engine just had a different deck plate and pistons from the 145. Not sure but I think the 180 was same engine as the 2020 tractor. I had 4 different 45 combines, a 62, 63, 65 and a 69 model. The 62,63 and 65 used that same engine while the 69 used the entirely different engine. Check out the online parts books for both a 180 engine and a 2020 tractor and I think you might find The information for the tractor that will get you the information for the combine.
