Jerry, I don't know why I live in a dead zone. My phone bounces between Indiana tower and Ill. tower, I know when it on an Ill tower, my time on phone is an hour behind.
There are times I'm only getting 3G. Nothing works then.
I have to turn Wifi off on phone before I can sometimes get 1 bar and sometimes not even 3g.
I'm only guessing. I think it might be the towers are overloaded, because I'm on the fringe of their reach, I get nothing.
Same with Frontier internet. Slow bandwidth at best. When it's overloaded I get nothing because I'm 2 miles out of the greatest distance phone lines can carry an internet signal.
My place up north is located in a slight valley. The brick house is like a metal pole barn. Clay brick have metal particles. That house has Aluminum covered insulation in the walls. So that house is like a metal can in a valley. Metal particles in Anderson Low E windows.
