I agree with my New York State neighbor on price level. Around here in the southern tier I would think that tractor would be in the $2500 range with those implements. I live on a state highway - for every 60 year old tractor I see go by on a trailer, there are probably at least a dozen or more compact Kubota's, Deere's, or New Hollands. And the last few auctions I have attended I was really surprised at how low the old tractors are going. Those tractors from the 50's and 60's with 3 pt used to be 3K at auction - not any more in most cases.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
