Looks like the part with the yellow arrow is to adjust the pivot point of the limiters according to the height of the lower arms, since they have a different pivot point to the limiters. If you pull the left side arm all the way to the left you may find a hole that a bolt can drop through. Any chance the round bars can turn to lengthen or shorten them? might have to pull the pin out of the slot or elsewhere to unlock them. Looks like they may be able to turn in the end at the lower link arm.
