I believe that is why Mr Butz brought out the policies he did, as food prices during the first term of Nixons administration were rising fast, and consumers were understandably ticked off. Overall I thought Nixon had a successful first term. Got N Korea to recognize S Koreas right to exist. Had dentete with both China and Soviets, but stepped wrong in term two.
