On the food supply thing. If I have a 20 acre field that the renter goes bankrupt or drowns in red ink , or heaven forbid dies. Is that field going to be idle in 2022 and not be producing anything next year? At today's commodity prices? There are five guy or more with 250 hp tractors and 12 row corn heads waiting to take over that 20 acres. They have more than enough equipment to add that field to their collection when beans are 13.00 bushel. That example would be true all over the Corn Belt since there are so many BTO's. wanting to grow or get bigger operations. There is not going to be a food shortage anytime soon from corn, beans or wheat production.
