I was at the golf course one afternoon. Heard a loud noise coming down the road. A one ton dually with a dump box. He had flat rear duals. He was trying to get to the county shop before the tires totally disappeared. He would have made it if he had driven a slower speed, but at 45 they weren't going to make it there.
