Your son may be like my granddaughter,She loved to help me in the shop before she got to middle school age, then she got occupied with other things and in high school it was pig and steer showing. She has now gone to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and this semester she is taking a course in power tools and is now into the welding phase and loves it She seems to run a pretty good bead from the pictures I saw of her work. She always said she wanted me to leave her all my shop equipment.
