110 mower

I have an red and white patio model 110..It runs great for about 5 min. then I have to idle it down all the way or it dies,but it idles fine..I took the head off and the gasket was blown,so I replaced it. It ran fine for about a week now its up to its old tricks again.Could the head be warped,or could it be something else???Also I need a red seat,decals,and mower deck wheels, Does anyone know where I could order parts for it.. Thank you for any info..
