Like ever one says you need the book but here are a few quick tips and things to watch. The most common mistake is when you go back installing the mount washers wrong. The big bolts and mounts there at the front corner of the cab have to be installed right or you have problems. Pay attention to how the washers and spacer go. Have had folks ruin the tack cable , you have to go behind the dash and remove all wiring and tach cable. You leave the rear cab mounts and let the cab stay on the back as you roll it away front the front half. You need a splitting stand to be safe but i have seen folks use a floor jack. Block the front and also wedge something in between the frame and front axel where it will not move.
