Good video. I would suggest you start looking for a new flap to be ready for the next one. The breaks and tears in those can pinch tubes and cause failures.
How did you secure it to inflate it? I do wish you had mentioned that before talking about putting air in itand ending the video. I know an experienced tire repair guy who nearly died and now has permanent disabilities due to deciding he didn't need to secure one of those and just started airing it up. I would hate to think someone inexperienced watched this and tried any inflation of a multi-piece rim without doing something for containment (cage, chains, loader bucket with down pressure, something) and a hose with a method of remote (away from the tire) control. Call me YT OSHA, but I've seen the results.
