I'd mix up some J.B. weld and coat the bolt threads. Screw them in before it sets up. I hope you don't want to take them back out. LOL. No, that was just a joke. Don't do that. I'd be more worried about the bolt rusting solid to the block over time. If it were me, and the head gasket had the same ring around the bolt holes as it does for the water ports, I would use some kind of anti-seize paste. You'll be able to get bolt out much easier next time. No need for sealer IF gasket has the anti-leak ring around the head bolt holes. If water comes up through the threads with anti-seize paste, it'll be stopped at the non-leak ring in the gasket. The paste will virtually stay put. Still be there years later for future bolt removal.
