For the past 18 months we have used up the products that were in warehouses across the country.
Manufacturing has been shut down or much lower production than normal around the globe.
Now we have a shipping problem, from global container ships to cross country semis to local route drivers.
We are not able to resupply the warehouses and make up the lost production we have had in the past 18 months.
It appears the health issue around the globe continues to be a problem despite the best efforts to contain it, it continues to flair up and slow down production and work around the globe.
I think we are in some big troubles on this issue.
Consumers wont notice or complain until the shelves are bare, which will be another 6 months or so when their store shelves become really empty of things we never thought would run short.
Those of us in production have seen this issue since last spring.
I dont think we need to yell the sky is falling. But I do think we have some serious issues now and on the horizon, and it would have been good for our government to see, understand, and help prepare for whats coming. I dont think a govt can solve the issue it is a global one. But they could make it 10% better or 10% worse, and Im disappointed at this time....
Anyhow, yes there is a problem. Try to find tractor and combine parts, try to find gps globes, try to find hydraulic fittings, try to find things with computer chips or plastic parts in them.

Today's Featured Article - Farmall 460: That's My Girl - by LeAnn R. Ralph. How many sounds can you think of that are as familiar to you as your own breathing? What about the hum of your refrigerator? Or the thump of your clothes dryer? Maybe the engine of your car? You hear those sounds every day, and you don't think much about them, do you. I can think of a few common, ordinary sounds in my daily life, too.
