Can you hear the pump run when you turn key on? Should run for a few seconds. My uncle had a similar problem with his F-150 several years ago it would act up when it got wet. There is a fuel pump module on the frame I believe in front of the spare tire you have to remove the spare tire to get to it. Its an aluminum box that corrodes then gets moisture in it.
