Looks good. Nice job. Not sure that I could get away with going into an occupied unit to do trinket home improvements. My tenants would probably tell me to not be invading thier privacy everytime I want to come over with a towel holder. A friend of mine, rented out a unit, a mobile unit of all things, to a young guy and his sister. He kept one lockable bedroom for personal storage. Of course, since he's the landlord, he has a key to the main house. He goes down there whenever he wants. Tenants home or not. Puts something in/takes something out of that storage bedroom. That just seems like it would be a very awkward situation. Something I am suprized a tenant would agree to up front/deal with after. I don't know how he gets away with this, with his tenants. I'm not going off on you. I'm just saying. You didn't specify details. Your tenants very well could of requested a towel holder for all I know.
