I have heard stories of a couple different people having rather extensive collections stored under one roof. Both lost thier collections due to fire. Thinking neither had insurance on the tractors themself. . Didn't really matter except for the monetary part of it. As I recall, both had a few that were so rare, that they'll never find another one to replace it (meaning for sale at worth value). And of course, those are the ones that they wanted to replace the most. Had they of reduced thier collections down to one or two tractors before the fire, of course they both would of kept the rare ones. I don't insure mine. But mine are common enough, they wouldn't be hard or expensive to replace. Insured or not, I wouldn't advise putting all your eggs in one basket (all your tractors under one roof).
