Seems that a lot of folks like the stuff but it really has just become facebook2 where people post jokes, what they ate and birthdays. Nothing wrong with facebook but some here make fun of it which is ridiculous considering what this forum is now. But I am here reading it so I still find some value.
I recall a few years ago when there was a lot more meaningful stuff here and it took half an hour to read the new posts because I often learned a lot about actual mechanical things.
Now it takes no more than 5 minutes to see the shelves are pretty empty. Lots of the old members have moved on as well, which is just life.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
