After doing that they reduced the parts inventory and many parts they used to carry can be air freighted overnight at an additional cost or a week or two away regular stock order. They literally give me the impression they firmly believe they have the only good product out there. John Deer as a product itself is a truly great product but their not the only truly great one. Its dealer attitude parts availability and service thats kept my major purchases away from green. Orange in this area has a great reputation for quality product second to none warranty and dealer support at a more affordable price. That being said they simply dont make at this point the very large field tractors big operations need but CNH and AGCO also do. Stock more parts loose the arrogant attitude be a little more competitive on pricing green would do a lot better.
