If the hose has a quick connect on the end of it and it is looped back and connected to another hose or disconnect, you can't just plug it. If your loader valve is set up for power beyond it may be providing a return to sump for oil that would have gone to a hoe. If you have a diverter valve in the system that swaps oil flow from the loader to the hoe, you may be able to discontinue that hose. You need to know how it is plumbed, for anyone to just say plug it, without studying your system, at this point is not prudent in my mind.
