That is a difficult question to answer with a number. After putting in fire crater pistons in one of my H's I will say it was a lot healthier. I would expect to get one point higher compression with them. Its enough to notice a difference but still run pump gas. If you really want to bump the compression you can have custom piston cut to what ever compression you want. I have done that that for two of my pullers, fun until you have to buy 110 octane race gas.
