NO that is not your problem , what your problem is is and old pump getting weak and you ar demanding to much of it . when you want to hang something off a BOOM POLE you are just multiplying the weight by getting away from the tractor just like usen a cheater pipe . Those old 3 point hitches will not lift that much even when new . Between the pump getting old the pressure relief getting weaker over the years she is like you and getting weaker each day , has nothing to do with draft sensing has everything to do with leverage.
