Been a long time since i did the lets go plow snow , but back when i was doing it 10-25 depending on the drive , framers lanes Could get pricey when i had some pretty good drifts to get thru . Normal drives straight in and out with no hand shoveling do the pull in back blade away from the garage doors and a couple shoves and gone 10 longer wider 20 -25 . And usually i had four to ten drives all in a row even on the big storms they were easy money and not running once i got there . I had several drives that had to be done before 6 Am , one was the superintendent of the schools one was a MFG. Plant manager and one was the Owner of the Ford dealership The Superintendent was sort a nut case as he had to personally go drive all the bus routes to see if they would have school or not , he would be standing in the door way waiting on me , if it was really nasty out i would tell him just go back to bed as i don't have time to come get you off 10th S.t ext hill as i had in the past as we all had the old fashioned C/B's and the buses were all on Ch.4 and the one local big towing company also used that channel . I based the hourly rate at 100 Bucks and hour and doing driveways if done right you went over that . BUT back then a well built plow truck was around 10-12 grand not the 60K plus of today either and that does not even figure in your insurance cost , they can really ding you . And ya got to figure in repair costs .
