I normally buy a car or truck with the biggest engine and least options you can find because I tend to drive them longer than most people and I hate it when the extras quit working but are too expensive to have fixed - or you just can't even get it fixed. I went the other way on the last car I bought.
A year ago I bought a 2017 Ford Taurus Limited with 30K on the clock, the only options it doesn't have is AWD or the sun roof. It has options I never knew existed - let alone came on a Taurus. Keyless entry - if you have the FOB in your pocket the door unlocks when you put your hand on the handle - you avoid the work of hitting a button to unlock the doors. Heated and COOLED leather seats, remote start, power tilt steering, the seat rolls back and the steering wheel backs away automatically when you shut the car off to make it easy to get out of the car, when you get in and hit the start button the seat and steering wheel return to their previous location. If I get a text while I'm driving the radio reads the text to me. Navigation, TPMS, dual climate control, and other stuff I'm still learning about.
The only thing I don't like about this car is the previous owner put some cheaper tires on it (20 tires). The car is heavy and when it sits overnight the first couple miles in the morning the tires rumble because they get flat spots over night - a lot worse on Monday mornings if it has sat all weekend. Far cry from my farm truck 1992 F250 Custom with 5 speed, no air (from the factory) and a bench seat with an Indian blanket seat cover to hide the duct tape repairs....
My wife really likes my car - then she totaled her mini van. The one she totaled was our second Kia, big kid hauling vehicle but was kind of plain even when it was new. Her new Kia van has all leather, power doors, heated seats, navigation, and a DVD player that hangs from the roof, sun roof, TPMS, PW, PL, PS, traction control, stability control, and shockingly a 117 MPH governor on the engine - most (like my Taurus) are right around 105 MPH or less.
