Just had my transmission rebuilt on my 961 diesel. Input shaft stripped out. Thankfully a friend had a good one and I had a spare 5 speed for all the rest of the parts needed. Was expensive as I had a proper mechanic do the work. If the engine hadnt been rebuilt 3 years ago I would have questioned doing it.
